Patients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred appointment times.
If you anticipate arriving late, please notify our office as soon as possible. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For patients without insurance coverage, self pay services are available at a rate of $100 per visit.
